i used BitPay to purchase LTC through transak via cashapp through Juno. It’s a lot of partnering but i cashed the money out to Juno’s virtual card as instructed and proceeded to click that I have paid but now the order is expired and I never got the crypto. Nor can I use the add cash option to add the money back , like I’ve had to do before
