## Need help in Integration?
Partners in our Telegram or Slack can contact us there. Otherwise, reach to us via Chatbot in the Partner Dashboard
Go to [Partner Dashboard](https://dashboard.transak.com) and sign in to your partner account.
Locate the **chatbot** in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard.
Click the chatbot and choose **"Talk to us"**.
Provide the email address you use to log in to your Partner Dashboard so we can verify your account and create a personalised experience. This support is available only for KYB-approved and verified partners.
From the options presented, select **"Integration"** to reach for any help related to the integration. Please note that we can only assist with integration-related queries.
