How to Display US Disclaimers (For US Users only)
Every order for a US user is executed by a specific provider, and the user must agree to that provider’s terms before placing the order. The Get Quote API tells you which terms apply through the termsIds field, so you can show the matching disclaimer in your own UI.
How it works?
Call the Get Quote API with the user's authentication headers
Call the Get Quote API with the headers for your authentication method:
Without these headers, Transak cannot identify the user, and termsIds is returned as an empty array for US quotes.
Read the termsIds from the response
The response contains a termsIds array with the agreements that apply to this quote:
The terms depend on the provider that fulfils the order, so they can change when the user changes the crypto asset or network. Read termsIds from every quote you fetch.
Show the disclaimer for each ID
For each ID in termsIds, show the matching disclaimer from the Terms IDs section below on the screen where the user confirms the order.
- Show the full text. Don’t shorten it or hide part of it behind a “See more” link.
- Keep all links clickable.
- If
termsIdscontains more than one ID, show every disclaimer.

Each disclaimer below has a Preview tab that shows how it renders, and an HTML tab you can copy into your app.
