Log in to the Partner Dashboard

Go to Partner Dashboard and sign in to your partner account.

Open the chatbot

Locate the chatbot in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard.

Select Talk to us

Click the chatbot and choose “Talk to us”.

Provide your email address

Provide the email address you use to log in to your Partner Dashboard so we can verify your account and create a personalised experience. This support is available only for KYB-approved and verified partners.

Choose the Integration option

From the options presented, select “Integration” to reach for any help related to the integration. Please note that we can only assist with integration-related queries.
