🔄 Webhook URL Update Instructions

To update your webhook URL, please follow the steps below:

🧭 Steps to Request a Webhook Update

1. Log in to your Transak Partner Dashboard https://dashboard.transak.com

2. Once logged in, you’ll see a chatbot in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

3. Click on the chatbot and select the "Integration" button from the available options under "Talk to us".

4. Use the chatbot flow to request a webhook update and provide the following details:

   • Your Webhook URL
   • The Environment Name (STAGING or / andPRODUCTION)

5. Our support team will review your request and confirm once the webhook is updated.

Note: Webhook updates are not self-service and must be requested via the chatbot for security and compliance reasons.

Webhook URLs can be updated only after KYB has been approved.
